-Hey Guys/Girls it's me Again well this is not exactly my brand new game for your ZX Spectrum this time it is actually more something like What If my old "Speccy" could have better Sound and faster CPU so in reality what we have here it's a Game-Mod with actual original ZX Spectrum 48Kb version of the game Super Hang On that is adjusted for the faster CPU speed (16%Faster)and + I also added Original and My mixed Amiga OSD tunes "Winning Run & Outride Crisis" that will automatically start playing when you start the game......OfCourse this is 100% free but if you like some of my previous work or you wish to support me for some of my future projects any donations that you can afford will be more than helpful.....
-SUPER ZX HANG-ON INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO INSTALL
After You downloaded zipped file SuperZXHangOn unpack file on your root C:\ Directory so that will look like this:
C:\SuperZXHangOn
Enter the directory SuperZXHangON and START first bat file A_START_HERE.bat or you can start file A_SuperZXHangOn.exe
IMPORTANT:
GAME MUST BE INSTALLED ON YOURS C: DRIVE OR IT WILL NOT WORK.
Actually it's possible to install game on another drive but you will need then to change your batch file you can read more about it in README.txt file
And that's it Emulator EmuZWin will start the game with modified music from Amiga Soundtrack on AIMP program that will play Awesome modded tune"Winning Run" in loop on the playback don't forget that after you close the emulator you will also need to close the Aimp that iz minimized on your tray....

-CPU Core 2 duo
-Ram 1Gb
-Any 2D or 3D GPU and soundcard
-Additional Free Programs EmuZWin and Aimp are already in the package installed
-100% Virus and Malware Free!!!
-When you start the game you can change your racetrack on File/Open and then chose one of the tracks in Directory:C:\SuperZXHangOn\Super ZX Hang-On Race Tracks: A1_Africa,A2_Asia,A3_North America,A4_Europe(see picture bellow)
You can also load files that contains pictures and see game controls,main menu and some other new & glorious 8 bit art with some motorbike pictures.....
-Hey You know what if this is not enough you can always Run this game on your Original ZX Spectrum Hardware but OfCourse it will work without the music and it will be a bit slower....
-You can find the .TAP "cassette"files on the following directory:
C:\SuperZXHangOn\Cassete Version for ZX Spectrum 48kb
There are 4 RaceTracks TAP files with new Loading pictures + there is some extras with awesome motorbike pictures....

Nice modification done. I quite enjoyed the music.
But the original 48k game has not been altered in any way, no code optimization, no faster gameplay on real spectrum, correct? Just curious, would it be possible to increase the steering sensitivity (faster left to right and right to left motion of the bike)?
TY....I am glad that you enjoyed....Well lately I played SHO on Speccy and I also loved Amiga version especially the soundtrack so I tried to combine these 2 things and I really like it so I get an idea to do some "easy" modding via emulator and using Aimp program to reproduce the music that I previously edited to pack all of that into a package as a single game that you can started on just 1 simple click and then when I tested and everything worked great I decided to share this with the rest of the community....Anyway considering the Original version I didn't change anything when it comes to the gameplay only things that I mod is that I separated the game in 4 parts/RaceTracks for easier loading on yours 48kb and also I did the new Loading screen and those few others extra pictures....unfortunately to speed up the game on original Speccy it will be extremely difficult not only because of coding but also because you will need to sacrifice something most likely in graphics and then game will look probably much uglier....
